Installation is a paid service. The installation fee, scope and schedule are confirmed in your quotation.
Five-year warranty
Five-year warranty support for your cabinetry, excluding normal wear and tear and damage caused by misuse. Full coverage and terms are confirmed with your order.
Do you offer free measuring and design?+
Yes. Measuring and design are free. Installation is charged separately. Share your postcode so we can confirm measurement coverage and availability.
What aftercare do you provide?+
We provide a five-year cabinetry warranty, excluding normal wear and tear and damage caused by misuse. Full coverage and terms are confirmed with your order.
Can I visit before making a decision?+
Yes. Visit 5 Crescent Row, London EC1Y 0ST, Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm. Saturday and Sunday visits require an advance appointment. Contact us ahead of your visit if you would like time set aside to discuss drawings.
Do you supply across the UK and Ireland?+
We arrange delivery with logistics partners. Send your postcode so we can confirm availability, transport costs and arrangements for your address.
How much will my project cost?+
Your quote depends on dimensions, cabinet specification, finishes, worktops, hardware and the agreed supply or installation scope. Share a plan and budget range for a tailored quotation.
Can you help with installation?+
Yes. Installation is a paid service, with the fee and scope clearly set out in your quotation. Only measuring and design are free. Tell us if you already have your own installer.
What are the lead times?+
Production and delivery timing depends on your specification and our order schedule. We confirm the expected schedule with your quotation.
