What we collect and why
When you enquire, we store your name, email, any phone number, project details and uploaded files so we can respond, prepare a quotation and discuss your requested project. We process this information to take steps at your request before a potential contract. We record campaign parameters included in your enquiry link and the referring website to understand which enquiries our marketing generates.
Security and service providers
Enquiries are stored in our hosted database and drawings in private file storage. Authorised team access requires sign-in. Our cloud hosting providers process information to run the service; their infrastructure may operate internationally. A hashed network identifier is used for short-term abuse prevention. We do not sell enquiry details or automatically subscribe you to promotional messages.
How long we keep it
We review enquiries and aim to remove unsuccessful project enquiries within 12 months of the last meaningful contact. Records related to an agreed order may be retained longer for contract, accounting and legal obligations. Contact us if you want an enquiry reviewed or deleted.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion, and ask us to restrict processing or object where applicable. Email info@arborcraftltd.com. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Do not upload sensitive personal information in project plans.
Cookies and external links
This version has no advertising pixels or third-party analytics cookies. We count page loads and selected link clicks in aggregate by minute, page and campaign or referring website. We retain the campaign or referrer source in session storage for the current browser tab, so a later enquiry keeps its original source. We do not set visitor IDs or visitor tracking cookies, and these traffic counters do not store your IP address. Counts may include repeated visits and automated traffic. Hosting and team sign-in may use essential security cookies. Map and social links take you to external services with their own privacy notices. If optional marketing tracking is introduced, consent controls must be provided before it runs.
